Ticketed Event

You're Invited! Here's your invitation.

Join us on June 8 when the Stowe Prize will be awarded to Bryan Stevenson at the Big Tent Jubilee on the Stowe Center Lawn.

Bryan Stevenson

Stevenson is an attorney, professor, and #1 New York Times bestselling author of Just Mercy: A Story of Justice and Redemption.

The Big Tent Jubilee is a fundraising dinner and award ceremony supporting the Stowe Center’s education programs for school age children and the public. The event will kick off with a private reception with Mr. Stevenson for sponsors and patrons.

The Big Tent Jubilee is preceded by free public programs: The Action Fair and A Conversation with Bryan Stevenson.

The Stowe Prize is awarded biennially to a United States author whose written work makes a demonstrable impact on a critical social justice issue in the tradition of Stowe’s Uncle Tom’s Cabin.  Named in honor of Harriet Beecher Stowe, the Stowe Prize was established to commemorate the 200th anniversary of her birth in 2011.
